PERFECT location! It couldn't be in a better place, exactly opposite Lambeth Underground station which takes you to several places, and a 10 minute walk from Waterloo station which takes you everywhere, including Gatwich airport with relative ease (we went to and from the airport using the train, +/- 1:10 hour trip), not to mention that you can visit several places on foot, London Eye (15 minutes walk), Big Ben (15 minutes walk), London Tower (35 minutes walk), A region very well served by great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a beautiful and cool place, full of beautiful and happy people, and safety, I couldn't be staying in a better region, The Hotel is super clean, on my third day the room was completely sanitized (we stayed for 5 days), I found the room and bathroom very hygienic, TV with many good channels, Very beautiful view from the room, facing a church, Confortable bed, And the icing on the cake, the EXCEPTIONAL service from the reception and administration team who did everything to make our stay pleasant, and in any inconvenience were willing to find a solution. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Day

I'll start by highlighting the courtesy and friendliness of all the hotel staff, especially Stephen, who served us very well, politely, and prepared hot chocolates and espressos on the days we stayed ☺️ About the hotel, I highlight its proximity to Lambeth North metro station, just a few steps away. steps away. There are cafes, pubs, markets on the street and from our window we could see The Shard. London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey all within a 10 minute walk. Check-in was smooth and we paid 15 pounds to get in early, as our flight arrived at 6 am and the room would only be available at 3 pm. Room is really small, even suitcases have to be opened in bed. Hairdryer, safe, liquid soap and TV, in short, the basics.

Room was comfortable and though small not at all cramped for me as a solo visitor. Everything was clean and the housekeeping kept everything lovely and neat each day. The reception staff went above and beyond. I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency and when I went down to let the reception know that I would be checking out earlier than my original booking required the woman who I spoke with was so kind and reassuring. She really set my mind at ease when I was worried about having to make big last minute changes to my plans.

Staff are super friendly and welcoming, room is nice and clean and comfortable, location is great. We stayed here last time we came to London and it is very good value and convenient for a short trip. Bed is comfortable, tv is a bonus. Handy shops only across the road and a place to get a tea or coffee. You can also get snacks/drinks from the reception. Love Lower marsh, Balance for breakfast/brunch and Pizza Pilgrims if you want to eat nearby. Walk through The Graffiti Tunnel if you're headed towards the London Eye etc

Natalie

The staff at point of arrival were excellent - it was a tall guy with glasses - he was careful and thoughtful Then when we left and kept out bags with you for a few hours - the two female staff who helped us were also very warm and connecting and made it special
